Booking Terms

kohtrip.com is operated by Southeast Asia Co., Ltd., a company registered in Thailand (Registration: 0845567018501) and licensed by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT Licence: 44/00448). All bookings are made with Southeast Asia Co., Ltd. as the contracting party.

A booking is confirmed once payment or payment confirmation is received. Prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB) and include all taxes and fees unless stated otherwise. Hotel pickup anywhere on Koh Samui is included in the tour price unless the tour page says otherwise.

Tours are subject to weather conditions and minimum participant requirements. If the operator cancels for weather or safety reasons, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost. We may adjust an itinerary for safety reasons without prior notice.

Driving activities (ATV, buggy, jet ski, enduro) require the driver to be at least 17 years old. Children are welcome on boat tours and non-driving activities unless a tour page says otherwise. Parents or guardians are responsible for minors at all times.

Southeast Asia Co., Ltd. acts as a booking agent connecting customers with licensed tour providers. We vet every provider for safety and quality, but the tour provider is directly responsible for running the tour. Participants join all activities at their own risk. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Your personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
